Digital Literacy teacher Curtis Bendig offers up his mullet to the cause. Kids pooled their money to raise money for those affected by cancer – Mr. Stainer’s class took it VERY seriously and raised over 200$ by themselves! Way to go Trafalgar leaders… you make the world a better place.

Trafalgar Middle School students were brilliant representations of citizenship and democracy today as they brought forward important questions to our Members of Parliament. A sincere THANK YOU to Abra Brynne from the Green Party, Wayne Stetski from the NDP, and Robin Goldsbury from the Liberal Party for attending our Forum.

Happy Friday!

Trafalgar’s SAGA (Sexuality and Gender Acceptance) group will be meeting Wednesdays at lunch in the counselling area. The next meeting is Wednesday, October 9th. All students with an interest in this topic are welcome! Teacher sponsors are Ms. Bryn-McLeod and Ms. Inkpen.

Principal Paul Luck and Foods/Catering Teacher Staci Proctor put together a homemade soup and sandwich bar with Trafalgar’s Catering 8 class. It was great to have so many inspiring educators in the building sharing a meal together. Looking forward to the next one!
